Terms of Use

After the reservation clients must carefully check the specific conditions of the apartment: cancellation policy, occupancy allowed, additional costs, check-in conditions, total cost of the stay. By making the booking, the customer is accepting the particular conditions of the apartment reserved:

- Clients must communicate the arrival time as soon as possible to arrange check-in

- Upon arrival will be asked to sign a contract which details the terms of use of the apartments

- Clients cannot accommodate more people than indicated in the reservation. In case you need to accommodate more people, you must send an email to info@barcelonasuperhost.com so we can provide an appropriate solution - It is not allowed to perform illegal activities in the apartment during the stay.

- Upon check-in, the customer has to pay the remaining amount of the reservation.

- In order to adequately respond to any complaint, clients must report any issue within 24 hours of checking in. If client fails to communicate over time indicated, complaint cannot be made and client will be responsible for all damages caused, as explained by our Return Policy. Therefore, in case of cancellation of the booking due to strike, force majeure or other acts beyond the control of Barcelona Superhost will not be assumed by the company.
