Information

1. Late Check-in Fees: 20€ after 8pm, 40€ after midnight.

2. Quiet hours: from 10pm to 9am. Please, our neighbors must not be disturbed at all.

3. Please take care of the place as if it were yours. Inform us of any flaw so we can solve it ASAP.

4. City Tax: 2,48€ per guest per night (This is our obligation towards Barcelona`s city council).

5. All guests must present their passports at the check-in, we`ll take a picture of it with the phone since we are bound to complete the official record with the information of our guests.
