The building doesn`t have elevator, the apt is on the 2nd floor.
Our neighbors must be respected, quiet hours from 10pm to 9am.

The apartment is 2 minutes walking from the city center, 12/15 min to the Ramblas (or 1 metro stop ).
Poble Sec is between Barcelona´s old town and "Montjuic", Barcelona`s green little mountain.
On one side we have El Raval, Gothic (ramblas, cathedral, etc) and El Born, and on the other side Montjuic, with it`s amazing views, parks, museums (Joan Miro`s, Nation Art), olimpic village, theatres ( el grec, el molino rojo) and so on...
The place is the very escense of Barcelona. Poble Sec itself is an amazing & lively neighborhood.
We are 20 mts away from one of the priettiest streets of the city ( Carrer de Blai ) which is literally full of Tapas restuarants offering "pinchos" and beers for 1€ each. Close to Plaza Espanya, tthe way in and out from the city (Train station and way to the airport) and the magic Fountain. And also, next to the sea.
The apartment is perfectly connected. It is 50 mts away from Av. Paral.lel, traversed by 6 lines of bus.
We are between "poble sec" (L3) metro station and "Paral.lel" (L3 and L2) both 5 minutes walking, the same as Montjuic fonicular which takes you to the top of the mount.
